Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Lash appointments are accepted up to 48 hrs of the service or will be charged 75% of the service. This is due to the length of time of the service.
